There is no way to view the value of app passwords, either via the UI or via API, after they are created. They are intended to be replaced with a new app password rather than recovered or modified.

I'm not sure if there is an upper limit on the number of app passwords, I have asked the development team and I'll get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
