Can some one will help me out on Depending on the field other field should be visisble

Hi,

Can some one will help me out on Depending on the field other field should be visible.

I have 2 fields in Incident form which are

1. Software---(drop down)=System1, System2, System3,Other

If i select Other from Software then only Other Description will be visible other wise it will be hide.

2. Other Description(Text field)= Text field it  will visible only Software is Other.

If it is possible in JSM please help me out how to do the same and if Not please help is there any Ad-don's (or) Plugins are available in Jira please let me know if it is there.

Hi @Sreenadh,

You could consider building a form and including it on your request form for this. It allows you to define sections that will display conditionally, as you can see in this example:

The software section will only be displayed if the value Software is selected in the dropdown above. If anything else is chosen, the Atlassian application list will be hidden, as you can see in this preview:
