Well ... that would be helpful. I went to the market place listing for GroupedFilterResultsPortlet and clicked support there. I had assumed it was the place to ask support questions for the GroupedFilterResultsPortlet add-on. We have JIRA Software 7.2 for server and this add-on is incompatible.
