I notice the `atlassian/aws-cli` image is for aws-cli version 1.
Is there an image for version 2 or a ticket I can vote for to get one created?

The image you have mentioned has been deprecated - we recommend using the latest version of the amazon/aws-cli image located here:https://hub.docker.com/r/amazon/aws-cli
