We've been doing an Eval of JIRA. Is there a way to migrate the local database to Oracle?
Export it to xml, import it into an oracle based installation.
Have a read through https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/switching-databases-185729500.html - it's pretty much valid from JIRA 2 through to 7!
