How to import comment with username and date using CSV imorter?

I am trying to import the comment so that the comment would be with original username and date.

Importer does not give errors on the comment side, but all the time the whole comment text taht is given in format

dd/MM/yy HH:mm;author; comment text

appear as the whole comment body. I did checked with importing time format, so it would be the same as in CSV file. I also tried both when puttimng the whole text inside " " - result is teh same everything that is put into CSV file COmment colum will appear as whole body text

just tested this in my environment via External System import, with the following settings. Worked perfectly:

Thanks it did worked. The problem was tah the comment time format was differnet that other fields (date etc). After I corrected all data files it worked.

If the comment is as below

09/May/23 8:42 AM;AAID1;[~accountid:AAID2] [~accountid:AAID3] - The final document to update is attached.

if User name of AAID1 is John Smith, how can we get the comment like as if commented by John Smith, than the importer who is the Admin.

Even after leaving the format as dd/MMM/yy h:mm, it is still showing the Admin as Commentor, than the actual commentor. Any thoughts?

First, you hvae to put every comment in a separate colum (Comment, COmment_1, Comment_2).

Syntax I used and worked was
Date, user, text of comment

The user was in the system already and its username macthed with the one in the impport file.

Date format was what I did descriebed in import comfiguration DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm
