Unable to connect to bitbucket.org website but can ping

Ok, so I've got a doozy for you guys. At some point this year I started to get ERR_TIMED_OUT whenever I try to connect to bitbucket. It is ONLY bitbucket, any other websites are absolutely fine. Sometimes (rarely) I can connect from Edge, but never from chrome, and I can't connect from any devices at all connected to my wifi.

I can, however, interact with bitbucket through Git just fine, and also ping from cmd.

As far as I can see no one else has had this problem so I assume it's a router or DNS thing but the only error I can get is a timeout error in my browser.

Any ideas? or potential troubleshooting steps I could do that I might not have thought of? i really prefer bitbucket to GitHub and I enjoy the VsCode integrations.

Suggestion: Try connecting your laptop (any other device) using a cable to the modem. If it works, the problem lays between your devices and the modem. If it doesn't, the problem lays in the modem or before it.

Since it's affecting all your devices, my hunch is that it's a modem/router mis-configuration / caching issue.
