I'm able to access bitbucket from browser but when i'm trying to clone the code 

I'm getting this error

fatal: unable to access 'https://bitbucket.org/stoneridge/s****/my******.git/': Could not resolve host: bitbucket.org

Your browser and git client (VS code) may not have the same network configuration. 

You will have to open each network configuration and match both (proxy?).

Another option is to try connecting using SSH, which uses a different port (22) which might be open for your git client.
