This is the lite version of Decision Maker Pro and has restrictions on the number of categories, criteria and compare items.
Decision Maker Lite is a ready-made product for a standardised approach to quantitative decision making. Produce clear and unbiased decisions. A great tool for business analysts, project managers, RFPs, software development, procurement, purchasing items ...
If you have important decisions to make then it is important to have:
- An audit trail of what decisions were made and why
- A common framework that allows for consistently good decisions to be made
- A record of previous decisions so that you can go back to see why a decision was made
- Weighted criteria because some criteria are more important than others
- A process that removes unintentional bias and emotion from a decision
- A record that you can learn from and use to make better decisions in the future
- Decisions for issues can be viewed within the issue
