How can I get all managed users or verified domains by API?

Is there any APIs to get all users which belong Atlassian Access and get all verified domains in Atlassian?

You can find all of the Cloud Admin REST APIs here:
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/admin/rest-apis/

I'm pretty sure between the user management/provisioning APIs and the organization ones, you should be able to accomplish everything you are looking for.
