Actually we are receiving user profile image as default image in all email notifications recieved inside outlook.
And the question was?
still not clear how to resolve this, everybody wonder why this happen. They have uploaded thier profile picts and still the notification come with the default avatar in the email.
Are users images appearing in the activity stream?
