Unable to access the bitbucket site with BSNL FTTH internet, but I can with other internet connections

What kind of error do you see when you try to access the Bitbucket website?

We've had some reports from users seeing an error that includes DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN and we are looking into it.

If you see the same in the error message, a few things you can try are the following:

* Try using Google DNS below for testing purposes, and check if the site gets resolved afterwards

8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

* You can try entering the following in the hosts file of your machine and then check if Bitbucket website is loading104.192.141.1 bitbucket.org

Please note that in case it works, it should be a temporary workaround as Bitbucket IPs could change at any time.

* As Nic suggested, please reach out to your ISP to report this and ask them if there is an issue with routing from their network to Bitbucket

You'll need to talk to the administrators of your BSNL FTTH internet, whatever that is.
