Why can't I see a table created in 1 project?

please verify that board administrator shared the filter board with you.

Sharing a board

A board is available to all users who can view the saved filter on which the board is based. (Note that they will also need 'Browse' project permission for the project(s) whose issues are shown on the board. See Permissions overview for more information.)

How did we end up from a table creation into a board permissions? Not sure if I missed some info here.

I don't know the procedure can you direct me please?
