I have created a project issue type in JIRA .

Created a Test plan issue and associated to the created project.

The test cases are associated to the test plan.

Now, while trying to create test execution from the test plan, the linked project is not getting populated automatically. Could you help in fixing this.

Welcome to the community.

Are you using a third party app in your Jira instance to support creation of a test execution plan? Or have you come up with your own unique customizations to support that?

Test plans, test cases, and test executions are not native features of Jira.
