Several rules in Team-manged project : how use a "and function" to combine 2 rules ?

Hello,

I have created a transition in workflow of a Team-manged project. After, I put two rules.

I want them to work as a "AND function" but it seems that if you put two rules they are combined with a "OR Function".

How is it simply possible to create a "AND function" between rules in a transition or to combine and or "Or function" between rules ?
