I cannot see all tabs on Admin Dashboard

I cannot see the Directory Tab on the Admin page.

Welcome to the Community!

If you can't see the Directory tab, then you are likely a "site administration" not an "organization administrator".

I'm an Org Admin for my personal Atlassian Cloud instance and I can see it.  But I'm only a Site Admin at work where I cannot.
