Automated merge to a new branch with pom update

Hi,

I'm looking for a feature(pipe) that allow me to make a new merge from master branch to another when pool request to master approved and merged with changing artifact version inside the pom file. I know the Jenkins can do it for me, but I want to make it without configuring additional stuff.
