Original Estimate field under Time Tracking

Hello everybody,

I am trying to activate somehow the Original Estimate field under the Time Tracking and apparently i am unable to do so.

The only workaround i could find is that when i am logging the work on a sub-task i fill in also the estimate but i want to be able to fill in the estimate without being forced to put a time spent value (when i assign a sub-task the assignee should be able to fill in the estimate on the sub-task)

Do you have any ideas on this?

I searched for other posts on this topic but i couldn't find an answer.

Yes, i have.

But it still doesn't work.

I can only see Time Tracking only after i log some work.

I am interested to be able to fill in Original Estimate field (from the Time Tracking paragraph) before logging any work
