I want to add PAT for connectivity with Jenkins. I am unable to do so as I cant find Account settings option in the profile. can anyone help.

Welcome to Bitbucket Cloud Support!
Bitbucket Cloud does not have personal access tokens, but depending on what use you wanted to give them you can use App passwords or OAuth for authentication instead.
