Not receiving notifications on publishing any confluence page

Hi Experts,


Email notifications are not received when a team member is publishing a page in the shared confluence space.

We tried all notifications settings.

Ex: We tried in profile setting. And Tried in Watchers But no luck.

And When click publish the page i am not getting the Check box option (Notify the users?
