I'm trying to set up a webhook that will post to a Slack channel on a specific transition in a workflow. I've set up a Trigger a Webhook post function on the transition and selected the webhook I created with the below settings but can't seem to get it to work.

Just tried it out and the process is definitely a lot easier but doesn't work in the current workflow I have attached.
I only want the Resolved with Release transition to notify Slack and the other to act normally.
