i need to identify churning tickets using JQL. Normally churning tickets have * mark after the ticket number. Is there any way to identify that?
Example for Churning ticket ABC -128*

@Fabian Lim Its a key .For example: i can filter specific ticket using Projectkey='ABC-1234'
I don't think you can on JQL. I believe the "*" shows only on the out of the box reports stating that some change has happened like change of story points. Is that where you got it from?
Yes . You are right !!! i got it from a table under the burn down chart. Is there any other way to identify those tickets?
