How do I control what is on release notes

We have end 2 states for a ticket. Closed (not going to fix ever and is used in place of deleting)

And "Ready for Deployment" (this is what is deployed to live)

So I want to remove the Closed tickets from the release notes as they weren't released.

How do I do this?

There is no option to dop this. An idea would be a feature request to add a project context option in configire release notes. They are not updating the old boards anymore and I have not looked GH6 in the contect of a released board.
