Yes, you can upgrade, but you need to check all the add-on compatibility with your target version.
Atlassian has created a very detailed pre-upgrade checklist, which I would recommend follow.
Note: Please first perform the upgrade in your non-production environment and perform the testing before going for a production upgrade.

Thanks Mayur, upgrade went ok, except I has an issue with Zephyr, waiting on their support to respond.

yes I did, Zephyr installed ok, showing all modules ok, but when trying to use search test plans it errors out.
