How to set system field to load blank without selecting given options by default

Please explain how to set system field to load blank without selecting given options by default

Issue Type is system field and we have given following options

Bug

QA Bug

UAT Bug

Production Bug

we want to load the field in bug create template without auto loading 'bug' as default, we want it to be appear blank and user will select the option from available option.

As I know there is no way to set blank issue type field. Maybe there is a change to achieve that with add-on but I don't know anyone.

You could blank it out in the create screen with a Behaviour from the Scriptrunner app (Yes, I know, a blatant advert for one of my own companies apps, but I am not aware of any other apps that could do it)
