When filter "All Issues" is selected, only issues from projects that are selected in the grayed out area "Projects" are shown. Since it is grayed out, all issues from all projects should be displaying.
I just checked and it works as expected. Clicking Filter licking with All issues filter shows time-logs from all projects.
Does clicking of the Clear worklogs cache button help?

Clicking "Clear worklogs" leads to a endless "Loading" message on top of the Calendar tab.
