Not able to change my password

I forgot the bitbucket password, but when I tried forgot password.

We've sent you a verification email.

We sent a recovery link to your email address:

example@example.com

but I am not receiving any mail.

How to reset my password?

I want to pull a repository from the account

Have you checked your Spam or other folders in your mailbox just in case the email was redirected?

If yes and you still can't locate the email please let me know I can help raise a support ticket to investigate further.
