I don't have this item.

Hi @Alex

Hope you are doing well.

Go to Issues.
Find the issue you want to archive, open it, and select More > Archive.
The issue will be archived and instantly hidden from view. All of the subtasks for each issue will be archived.

Note: Archiving an issue is only available in Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud Premium editions. Atlassian has created a very detailed document on this.
