We integrated bitbucket and Jenkins. As per the new update from bitbucket .. we made changes in the jenkins credentials window with username and app passsword. but still jenkins execution is failed with "authentication failed error" This is critical

I see that you created a support ticket as well for issues with cloning a repo from Jenkins. I would suggest focusing on the support ticket, in order to avoid any confusion and misunderstandings that may arise from discussing and investigating the same issue in two places.
