Automation - Email reporter when JIRA status is changed to Done not working

I have created and enabled a simple Automation that is not working.

I am the reporter and also marking this as done, but not receiving an email notification the JIRA is marked as Done.

Any tips?

Change your trigger to Issue transitioned (configure "from any"...or whatever is relevant for the workflow involved, to "Done".

I've not experienced that behavior.

if you select "Initiator", then the person who did the action that triggered the automation rule will get an email, but if reporter is what is configured, then the reporter should get it regardless of whether they were the initiator or not
