Automation rule runs with NO ACTIONS PERFORMED

I added automation rule to transition epic automatically from input to in analysis when any of story status is changed by the user. However when it runs it doesn’t change the status of the epic. i checked the audit logs. it says NO ACTIONS PERFORMED and does not show any error. Am i missing something here?

Use "For Epic (parent)" instead of "For Parent".
