Unexpected error occurs trying to install Jira software

I installed Jira Software 8.13.21 but I get an error in the Applications page when I tried clicking on install Jira Software.

Can you look at the atlassian-jira.log if you have a detailed error ?

I had to upgrade to 8.22.3 and then edit the database for the servicedesk plugin that I installed manually.
