We are using Jira Data Center 8.20 data pipeline functionality and cannot schedule download we think because another previous download is continually in a Cancelling loop. How can we delete this one so we can carry on with a proper scheduled download. We have continually pressed the cancel button but it stays where it is always saying cancelling.
