CSV import Epics linked to Initiative

Hi!

we are using Jira Server and Plans.

Importing Epics with issues and their subtasks works as intended. But linking epics to an Initiative does not.

Parent Link is set to the new issue ID provided in the csv import file:

* Cannot add value [ [1] ] to CustomField Parent Link in Issue with summary 'Phase 1' could not be found

How can Epics be linked as a child issue to initiatives while using external system import via csv?

I've tried this way but in the plans they remains unrelated (not connected as child)

I've to move them manually under the initiative and this works.

Any clue?
