May i know what is the difference between role Service Desk Team and Service Desk Customer?

Hi @Ken Shum ,

these are different roles :

* Service Desk Team is for the Jira Service Management agents that will answer issues raised on your portal
* Service Desk Customer is for your Portal users, they will create issues for your support team
