Can't create issues via email

Hello, 

I'm facing a problem that I can't create issues via email. This is my configuration:

 

The emails I send gets stuck and shows that Its creating issues but it doesn't

 

I have other mail server and handler configured for other project. In my point of view is almost identical. This one creates issues:

 

Could somebody advise me, what's wrong?

Update: I tried to change project where issues are created - now it works. Where should I check in Software project configuration the reason why one of my projects doesn't create issues?
