In Scrum RoadMap we want a custom Issue to occur instead of Epic can it be done? We want the Requirement to be in RoadMap instead of an Epic. Do let me know if it can be done?

You can rename Epic to Requirement if you want. If you have Advanced Roadmaps, you can have other layers too.
