Duplicate question of this, but that question is a bit old. I'd like my Ticket Queue interface to look like the Jira Dashboard where the open tickets are on the left and I can click them to bring them up to a "preview pane" sort of area on the right. Currently clicking a ticket goes to a new page.

If you are referring to the jsm queues, I don't think this is possible yet.
