is docker 8.20.7 support latest version of postgres

I'm not sure docker has a version 8.20, and I'm curious as to why you would ask.
Docker versions are currently around 20, so I'd be questioning the age of your container. Also your question is the wrong way around, it's more a case of "does postgres support being run within docker?". And, what does this have to do with Atlassian?
