rest api data-connections

Our company uses data-connections to http://34.64.184.18/SM_JIRA_AUTH_USER/api/products/flyxxx@sampyo.co.kr

by sending an e-mail address

We would like to obtain membership information for this user.

The URL connection was successful, but... I am not sure and what the next steps to receive the above user's data and how does one set this up.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
