How I manage worksheet for tester

I want to add log work for tester, for example, when a tester test any task in JIRA then how tester add log work?

This issue is only for tester person not developer.

You can only log work at an issue by issue level. You cannot log work by multiple users and see it broken out by user at least OOTB. 

Two options:

• use subtasks - developer, QA, etc
• use an addon app
