This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring the Administrator Contact Page
"Screenshot: The default 'Contact Site Administrators' message" ... all very well, but what is the URL to the Administrator Contact Page? I need to be able to give this out to users who want to request access to Confluence (probably via the site banner). I am staggered that such a comprehensive guide does not tell me where to find this page.

This gives me a 404 error
Well this answer is more than 5 years old.
Are you on a server instance? Because that should be working unless the form was disabled by an admin.
On Cloud I'm not sure about the URL
We have Cloud. So I guess we have to try something different to find that page.
