File Upload limit

Hello,

I tried to increase the file upload limit like this:

but still when I try to upload bigger files, an error occurs. Smaller files pass. Can you help me please?

What version of Jira Software are you using?

What did you change the Attachment Size Limit to?

What is the the size fo the file you are trying to upload?

What is the error message you are getting?

Hello, thanks for your reply:

- Version is 8.6.1 # 806001

- New Limit is 104857600 (100 MB)

- seems like files greater than 10 MB (default limit) don't work

- " ... was not uploaded ... internal error occurred ..."

Are you then still able to upload files that are 10 MB or smaller?

Have you asked other users to try uploading larger files? Does every user encounter the same problem?

Have you tried uploading larger files to a different issue?

What type of file are you trying to upload? Have you tried uploading larger files of another type?

- just tried another account, same issue there

- different issue: same issue

- several files (videos, pdf) pdf file upload e. g. worked after compressing below 10 MB

to me this looks like the cfg value is not really changed on a low level. is there any cfg file, which can be edited? or a way to enforce config application?
