How can I find unexecuted test cases?

When I tried with testsWithoutExecution(), getting "Unable to find JQL function 'testsWithoutExecution()'" error message. Is there any other way to find unexecuted test cases?

probably you are referring to Zephyr app. Btw, please try the following JQL

issue in testsWithoutExecution()
