I want to link two service desk projects customer portals

Two Service desk projects, for example: projects A "HR" (small, new) and B "North America" (large). From the service portal. Once, I'm in Project B portal and request types, I want to have a link to project A options and request types.

Is this possible?

There is no way to do this. Each portal is determined by a single project.
