Change the Project Lead

Accidentally I changed the project Lead, Now I want to re-change the project Lead which I changed earlier. Here the thing is Project lead is inactive in my user management, If i want to make that user as active by using edit, but I am not able to see that edit option. Can anyone suggest me to do that.
