Create an issue while transitioning to another state

Hi everyone!

I would like to create an issue while I'm transitioning to another state. For instance, I'm in Analysis state and I'm transitioning to Implementation state. But while I'm doing so, I'd like to create a subtask to another user. I'm trying to do it on post functions. Even I've tried the automation rules but it doesn't work. Could you please help me?

The plugin you are using will have a log file attached to it's execution, you can check that for some better understanding to the reasons why.
You are creating a Task and populating a few fields on creation, the ones that you are creating does that satisfy the required fields for creating a Task or do you need to include more like the Description?
Where in the step order are you placing this post function?
Do you have the correct permissions to perform this?
Have you tried changing the permission on the executor of the post function?
