I recently became admin of a publicly accessible jira instance and noticed that even though I changed all project permissions to not allow "Group (Anyone)" browse access you can still go to Agile>Manage Boards and see all the boards. Is there a way to limit access to this that I can't find?
Answering my own with my solution. To prevent viewing this all users creating boards have to not share the filter with everyone. Consider it a training issue...
