I have a Technical problem During my last operation

My Jira Log in page is not opened. Its shows System Plugins Failed to start

Usually @harshini , this occurs because if you have not stopped the jira application running and trying to start again, so follow these steps and check this once:

* Go to the file explorer, go to your drive then users and go to the atlassian folder
* Then get into the jira file and go to the bin folder and scroll down
* You will find stop-jira.bat click on it and close the terminal which opens when you click
* And after few mins in the same path you will find start-jira.bat click on it and then start your application

There are many reason for this error.

To Resolve this you can try.

1. Clear the Plugin Cache and restart the Application - Click Here

May i know Since when you are facing this issue? Did you perform some operation like upgrade/migration or something else?
