Symlink feature in Bitbucket Repo

Hi,

We are migrating source code of Clearcase VOB to Bitbucket Repo. While migrating it, we need to carry over the symlink data to Bitbucket repo. In order to achieve it, we explored many articles but haven't found concrete solution.

Could you please help us to know that if the symlink feature is available in Bitbucket or not?

I'm not familiar with Clearcase VOB so I'm not sure how symlinks are used in Clearcase.

Could you perhaps explain with an example/specific case how you used them and what was their purpose?
